Purchasers bear sole responsibility for ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations governing the purchase, possession, and use of research compounds.
To purchase from German Aminos, you must be at least 18 years of age and represent a licensed research institution, university, pharmaceutical company, or qualified research professional. By completing a purchase, you certify that you satisfy these requirements.
Product descriptions, purity data, and Certificates of Analysis (CoA) are provided for informational purposes only. German Aminos makes no representations or warranties as to the suitability of any product for a particular research application.
German Aminos shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products. Misuse of any product rests entirely with the purchaser.
All transactions are final. By completing a purchase you acknowledge that no refunds, exchanges, or cancellations will be granted once an order has been confirmed. The only exception is where German Aminos has made a verified error — including dispatch of an incorrect product, a product that arrived demonstrably damaged in transit, or a confirmed quality defect supported by third-party analytical evidence. In such cases you must contact us at orders@german-aminos.eu within 48 hours of delivery with photographic evidence and your order number. Approved remedies are limited to replacement or store credit at our discretion.
We reserve the right to revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
