Processing Time

We turn orders around in 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, public holidays aside). Anything placed after 14:00 CET is usually picked and packed the following working day.

Shipping Methods

Every parcel is dispatched from our base in Poland by DHL, with DPD or GLS used on selected routes, exclusively within the European Union — so your order stays inside the single market with no customs or import formalities. At checkout you can pick Standard Shipping (3–5 working days) or Express Shipping (2–3 working days).

Temperature-Sensitive Packaging

Lyophilised peptides and any temperature-sensitive compound travel with cold packs or, where the route demands it, insulated packaging. We take every reasonable step to keep each compound intact from our shelf to your bench.

Delivery Across the EU

Express delivery typically lands in 2–3 working days from dispatch, and Standard in 3–5 working days. Shipping is free on orders of 99€ or more; below that, Standard is 8€ and Express 20€, shown at checkout.

Where We Ship

We deliver throughout the European Union only. As all consignments move within the EU, there are no customs procedures, import duties, or border fees for you to settle on a standard order.

Tracking

As soon as your order leaves us, a tracking number arrives in your inbox. Delivery windows are estimates supplied by the carrier and are not guaranteed by German Aminos.
