Every order is governed by the research-use restrictions detailed in our Terms of Service.
Owing to the nature of research compounds, all sales are generally final. Returns may be accepted only where: (a) the wrong product was shipped, (b) the product arrived damaged or compromised, or (c) a verified quality defect exists as evidenced by third-party testing.
Eligible return claims must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Claims submitted after this period will not be accepted. Please contact orders@german-aminos.eu with your order number, photos of any damage, and a description of the issue.
Opened vials, lyophilized peptides that have been reconstituted, custom orders, and products stored outside recommended conditions are not eligible for return or refund.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return results from our error.
If your order arrives damaged, do not discard the original packaging. Photograph the packaging and product right away and contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
